Returns policy

Pretty little butterflies offer an exchange or a refund on any items you are not happy with. If you require a refund the following must occur:

• all original tags still attached
• all items must be unworn
• all items must be return in the same condition as they arrived

Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret we can refund the cost of postage.

Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to the card from which the original payment was made.
